Pitkin County has elected to renew the Generator Preventative Maintenance Services Contract with Wagner Equipment, which expired on April 30, 2019. Per the terms of the contract it states that, “At the expiration of the initial term, the contract may be extended for an additional term of three (3) additional one 1-year terms by the express written consent of both parties.” All existing rates remain the same for the extension ending April 30, 2020. Additional Pitkin County has elected to add maintenance for the generator at the Pitkin County Fleet Building located at 76 Service Center Road, Aspen, CO 81611.
