CALL TO ORDER: Greg Poschman, Chair called the regular meeting of the Board of
County Commissioners to order at 12:00 p.m.
COMMISSION MEMBERS PRESENT: Commissioners Greg Poschman, Patti Clapper,
George Newman, Kelly McNicholas Kury and Steve Child
COMMISSION MEMBERS ABSENT: None
ADDITIONS/DELETIONS TO AGENDA:
Action: Commissioner Clapper moved to add an Executive Session to the end of this
meeting. Commissioner McNicholas Kury seconded the motion. Motion passed with
five yea votes.

Kathy Hall, Landfill Director will attend for the award presentation.
CONVENE INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION:
Commissioner Clapper moved to convene an Executive Session at 2:47 p.m. for the
purposes of discussing a request for an easement on County property pursuant to
C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(b). Commissioner Child seconded the motion. Motion passed with
five yea votes.
