Date Date 10/29/2019 ATTACHMENT A 286.19 A Change Order Scope Clarifications/ Exclusions Siemens has the following clarifications for this proposal: • Customer is responsible working network for install completion • Customer is responsible for power and acccess throughout the building where install will occur • All applicable taxes are removed • Siemens pricing is based on standard Siemens products • Siemens proposal is valid for 60 days from offering • All licenses are included in this proposal • All cable is plenum rated • All work to be performed during normal business hours (M-F, 7:00-5:00) • Siemens excludes per project aggregate insurance. If required, please add $2,500.00 • Siemens excludes all costs associated with electronic payment (i.e. Textura, etc) • Siemens has excluded bond costs. Additional pricing required if bo nd is needed • There will be an additional cost if the existing wiring (if applicable) is not operational • Any additions, adds, changes/delays in scope may require a
