The Provision of Whitewater Park In-Channel Modification (the"Contract") dated January 16,
2018 between the Board of County Commissioners of Pitkin County, Colorado (the"County")
and Diggin It River Works Inc. (the"Contractor"), is hereby amended as follows:
Description of Change:
1. Pitkin County has elected to renew the Whitewater Park In-Channel Modification with Diggin
It River Works Inc, which is set to expire on January 14, 2020. Per the terms of the contract it
states that, "At the expiration of the initial term,the contract may be extended for an additional
term of five(5)additional one 1-year terms by the express written consent of both parties."
If the renewal of this contract is agreeable to Diggin It River Works Inc, please sign this letter in
the space provided below and return it, along with a current copy of your certificate of insurance,
naming Pitkin County as additionally insured on the Certificate as required.
Pitkin County hereby authorized the renewal of Contract# 062.2018 with Diggin It River Works
Inc, for a period of one (1)year from contract expiration date; new expiration date is now
January 14,2021.
All rates will remain the same for the extension ending January 14, 2021.
2. This change order increases the overall Contract value by $276,869 to cover the additional
work as detailed in Attachment A;this amount is in addition to the remaining balance of$90,300
for a term total balance of$367,169 for final completion of diversion and in-channel
modifications
Reason for Change:
1. Renewal/extension of Contract Term to complete modifications
2. Addition and Clarification of funding for completion of work included as Attachment A

Getting paper or electronic copies

Unless you tell us otherwise in accordance with the procedures described herein, we will provide
electronically to you through your DocuSign user account all required notices, disclosures,

To request paper or electronic copies from Pitkin County
To request delivery from us of paper or electronic copies of the notices and disclosures
previously provided by us to you electronically, you should request those documents from Pitkin
County under the Colorado Open Records Act by contacting the Pitkin County custodian who
sent you the document for signature. .
To withdraw your consent with Pitkin County
To inform us that you no longer want to receive future notices and disclosures in electronic
format you may:
i. decline to sign a document from within your DocuSign account, and on the subsequent
page, select the check-box indicating you wish to withdraw your consent, or you may;
