Brief description of the proposed contract change(s) and location(s). This Change Order effectivly accelarates the Spring start up date to 5/26./20, revises the overall remaining project duration allowance from 29 to 31 working days, and revises the Phase 1 specific duration allowance from 16 to 18 working days. 2. Reason(s) for the change(s) (Continue on reverse if necesswy) Contractor proposed an accelarated Spring Start date of May 26, 2020 but requested that the agreed upon Start Date of June 1 remain in affect for purposes of accounting for the Contract durations. Sponsor countered with this no cost change order adding 2 working days to both the overall Project duration allowance and adding 2 working days to the Phase 1 specific duration allowance but beginning the Spring Start Date to begin counting working days on May 26, 2020. 3. This Change Order includes all additional costs associated with the increased sign foundation sizes that were not originally included in the Aspen/Pitkin County sign standards handbook. 2. The Contractor's anticpated proposed sign foundation sizes at award were determined to be insuficient and after structural review were revised to a larger diameter/depth. This Change Order includes the addition of two (2) days to the Phase 2A contract duration, due to weather days encountered during Phase 2A Construction. 2.
