NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the general public that on September 23, 2020, the
Pitkin County Community Development Director granted approval for the Casa Cascade
LLC Activity Envelope and Site Plan Review (Case P011-20; Decision #049-2020). The
properties are located at 27 Fall Creek Road and 33 Fall Creek Road and are legally
described as Lots 1 and 3, Castle Creek Four Subdivision. The State Parcel Identification
Numbers for the properties are 2909-191-01-001 and 2909-194-03-003. This site-specific
development plan grants a vested property right pursuant to Title 24, Article 68, Colorado
Revised Statutes.
