This letter is to confirm that the sanitary sewer line extension known as the Aspen Ambulance District
Line Extension, installed by The Aspen Digger is complete and conforms to the Aspen Consolidated
Sanitation District(District)specifications for new line installations.
Per the terms of the Collection System Agreement of July 5, 2018, paragraphs k.and I., executed by
County of Pitkin and the Aspen Consolidated Sanitation District,this letter serves as notice of Final
Acceptance of the line extension.
