CALL TO ORDER: Chair Steve Child called the regular meeting of the Board of County
Commissioners to order at 12:00 p.m.
COMMISSION MEMBERS PRESENT: Commissioners Greg Poschman, Kelly McNicholas
Kury, Steve Child, Patti Clapper and Francie Jacober.
COMMISSION MEMBERS ABSENT: Francie Jacober will leave early due to training.

Motion: Commissioner Clapper recused herself due to conflict of interest. Commissioner Child
moved to continue the Ordinance as written and set for Public Hearing on April 28, 2021.
Commissioner Poschman seconded the motion. Motion passed with three yea votes.
