CALL TO ORDER: Chair Kelly McNicholas Kury called the regular meeting of the Board of
County Commissioners to order at 12:00 p.m.
COMMISSION MEMBERS PRESENT: Commissioners Greg Poschman, Kelly McNicholas
Kury, Steve Child, and Francie Jacober.
COMMISSION MEMBERS ABSENT: Patti Clapper is out of town

Resolution No. 012-2021 Approving Bear at Door LLC Amendment to Development Permit
– Leslie Lamont
Motion: Commissioner Child stepped aside as a Commissioner and spoke at the Public Hearing
as a member of the public due to his nearby residence and personal connection. Commissioner
Poschman moved approval of the Resolution with amendments as discussed. Commissioner
McNicholas Kury seconded the motion. Motion passed with three yea votes.
