Motion passed with four yea votes. 5 Resolution No. 012-2021 Approving Bear at Door LLC Amendment to Development Permit – Leslie Lamont Motion: Commissioner Child stepped aside as a Commissioner and spoke at the Public Hearing as a member of the public due to his nearby residence and personal connection. Commissioner Poschman moved approval of the Resolution with amendments as discussed. Commissioner McNicholas Kury seconded the motion. Motion passed with three yea votes.
