The construction of the Onsite Wastewater Treatment System (OWTS) at 4850 Bear Ridge Rd. was
constructed under the supervision of Roaring Fork Engineering. The system was constructed and
installed in accordance with the engineered design that was submitted to and approved by the Pitkin
County Environmental Health Debarment. A final inspection was conducted by Richard Goulding, PE, of
Roaring Fork Engineering on May 9th 2018. The lid for the distribution value was removed and inspected
as well as a number of inspection ports. In addition, the lid of the pump basin was removed and several
dosing cycles were observed.
