Commissioner Jacober seconded the motion. Motion passed with five yea votes COMMISSION MEMBERS PRESENT: Commissioners Kelly McNicholas Kury, Chair, Patti Clapper, Frances Jacober, Greg Poschman, and Steve Child HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES QUARTERLY UPDATE WITH THE BOARD OF SOCIAL SERVICES (Budget/Payroll Reports) Staff Person: Nan Sundeen, Director of Health and Human Services ACTION: Fourth Quarter Budget Expenditures: Action: Commissioner Poschman moved to approve the second quarter budget expenditures. Commissioner Child seconded the motion. Motion passed with five yea votes. Fourth Quarter Payroll Expenditures: Action: Commissioner Clapper moved approval of the fourth quarter payroll expenditures. Commissioner Child seconded the motion. Motion passed with five yea votes. 2 Departmental Updates from Economic Assistance, Senior Services, Adult and Family Services and Human Services Administration Staff Persons: Nan Sundeen, Kelly Pazar, Audrey Warner, Samuel Landercasper, Chad Federwitz, Matt McGaugh and Lindsay Maisch Department of Social Services staff proceeded with updates on their respective departments. ADJOURNMENT: Commissioner Poschman moved to adjourn as the Board of Social Services. Commissioner Jacober seconded the motion.
