evaluation of applications received in response to RFA IHGA 2021000146 - Food Pantry Grant. CDHS

Provided no protest regarding this solicitation and award is received prior to 12:00PM MT on
January 12, 2020, it is the intent of the CDHS to enter into a contractual agreement with the
identified applicants in compliance with the terms and conditions stated in the RFA solicitation,
published addenda, and the response proposal. Final award will be contingent upon successful
contract discussions.
Please note that the Department intends to provide a separate Award Letter to all Awardees following this
Notice of Intent to Award. The Award Letter will specify the dollar figure of grant funds being provided
to the Awardee.
