Commissioner Poschman seconded the motion. Motion passed with five yea votes. Commissioner McNicholas Kury seconded the motion. Motion passed with five yea votes. Commissioner Poschman seconded the motion. Motion passed with five yea votes. Commissioner Child seconded the motion. Motion passed with four yea votes. One nay vote cast by Commissioner McNicholas Kury. Ordinance No. 021-2021 of the Board of County Commissioners Approving Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) and Open Space and Trails (OST) Right of Way Lease for North Star Nature Preserve – Dale Will, Jessie Young Motion: Commissioner Child moved approval of the Ordinance as written. Commissioner Poschman seconded the motion. Motion passed with five yea votes.
