BVR-009 - Existing Fiber Relocation on the north side of the courthouse. This also included the removal of existing copper lines. 2. BVR-010 - RFI-058R1 Shaft Liner Construction Pricing. This was for shaft liner that was a part of the added fire / smoke dampers. This is also supplemental pricing for BVR 007. 3. COR-005 – Credit for changes to the door & hardware scope of the project. This includes a credit from Colorado Doorways for a reduction in the electrified hardware scope, additional costs from ISC for added access control hardware and additional costs from R&A Enterprises for added scope to access control hardware. 4. COR-022 – Changing of exterior light fixtures for new fixtures with funds from the CORE Grant. 5. COR-023 – Costs for removing the remaining quarry tile on the Garden Level corridor floor and placing a self leveling underlayment for new carpet. 6. COR-024 – Costs for PVC jacketing on exposed piping of the added radiant heaters that were installed per PR-03. 7. COR-025 – Costs for furring out and finishing existing walls per RFI-080 ADA Lift Upper & Lower Lobby Wall Details. 8.
