CALL TO ORDER: Chair Kelly McNicholas Kury called the regular meeting of the Board of
County Commissioners to order at 12:00 p.m.
COMMISSION MEMBERS PRESENT: Commissioners, Kelly McNicholas Kury, Steve
Child, Patti Clapper, Greg Poschman and Francie Jacober.
COMMISSION MEMBERS ABSENT:

Poschman seconded the motion. Motion passed with five yea votes.

Premises to June 23, 2021. Commissioner Poschman seconded the motion. Motion passed with
five yea votes.
Ordinance of the Board of County Commissioners Amending the Amended and Restated
Deed of Conservation Easement for Capitol Creek Ranch – Paul Holsinger
Motion: Commissioner Child recused himself due to a conflict of interest. Commissioner
Clapper moved approval of the Ordinance as written and set for second reading and public
hearing on June 23, 2021. Commissioner Poschman seconded the motion. Motion passed with
four yea votes.

Motion: Commissioner Clapper moved approval of the Resolution with amendments as
discussed and set for second reading and public hearing on June 23, 2021. Commissioner
Poschman seconded the motion. Motion passed with five yea votes.

County Land Use Code, Title 8 of the Pitkin County Code, Specifically Sections 2-10-70, 2-
30-10. 2-30-20 and 5-20-70 Related to the Agricultural Building Review Committee, and
Section 8-40 Related to the Parks / Recreation / Open Space Exaction – Suzanne Wolff
Motion: Commissioner Child moved approval of the Ordinance as written. Commissioner
Jacober seconded the motion. Motion passed with five yea votes.
