Main St., Suite#302 Advanced Communications Aspen, CO 81611 3901 West Service Road Evan, CO 80620 The Provision of Emergency Vehicle Equipment& Installations (the "Contract") dated January 1, 2016 between the Board of County Commissioners of Pitkin County, Colorado (the"County") and BearCom, with CO Division Wireless Advanced Communications (the"Contractor"), is hereby amended as follows: Description of Change: 1. Per the terms of the contract is stated that"At the expiration of the initial term, the contract may be extended for Four(4) additional One (1) year terms by express written consent of both parties." If the renewal of this contract is agreeable to Wireless Advanced Communications, please sign this letter in the space provided below and return it, along with a current copy of your certificate of insurance,naming Pitkin County as additionally insured on the Certificate as required. Pitkin County hereby authorizes the renewal of Contract#243.2016 with Wireless Advanced Communications, for a period of one year from contract expiration date; new expiration date is now December 31st 2021. 2. Designation of funding for the renewal term as $4,433.88 for Airport purchases as detailed in Attachment C—Quote# 1203 and$153,35.23 for Sheriffs Office purchases as detailed in Attachment A—Quote # 1371 and Attachment C—Quote# 1300. An additional reserve of$10,000.00 is also allocated for any pending or unknown projects. Funding throughout the current project term shall in no event exceed $167,769.11.
