CALL TO ORDER: Chair Kelly McNicholas Kury called the regular meeting of the Board of
County Commissioners to order at 12:00 p.m.
COMMISSION MEMBERS PRESENT: Commissioners, Kelly McNicholas Kury, Steve
Child, Patti Clapper, Greg Poschman and Francie Jacober.
COMMISSION MEMBERS ABSENT:

Ordinance No. 027-2021 of the Board of County Commissioners Approving the Second

Motion: Commissioner Child recused himself due to a conflict of interest. Commissioner
Poschman moved approval of the Ordinance as written. Commissioner Jacober seconded the
motion. Motion passed with four yea votes.

Motion: Commissioner Jacober moved approval of the Resolution as written. Commissioner

ADJOURN TO EXECUTIVE SESSION:
Action: Commissioner Clapper moved to amend the agenda to add an additional item to the
executive session for discussion with counsel, regarding the Roaring Fork Land and Cattle
Company pursuant to CRS 24-6-402-4(b) and(e). Commissioner Child seconded the motion.
Motion passed with five yea votes. Commissioners then convened their executive session at 3:05
p.m.
