CALL TO ORDER: Chair Kelly McNicholas Kury called the regular meeting of the Board of
County Commissioners to order at 12:00 p.m.
COMMISSION MEMBERS PRESENT: Commissioners, Kelly McNicholas Kury, Steve
Child, Patti Clapper, Greg Poschman and Francie Jacober.
COMMISSION MEMBERS ABSENT: None

Motion: Commissioner Poschman moved approval to amend today's agenda. Commissioner
Clapper seconded the motion. Motion passed with four yea votes. (Commissioner Jacober was
delayed by raffle and unable to vote on this item.)

discussed. Commissioner Clapper seconded the motion. Motion passed with five yea votes.

MOTION TO GO INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION FOR THE PURPOSE OF DISCUSSION OF:

Action: Commissioner Clapper moved to go into executive session. Commissioner Jacober
seconded the motion. Motion passed with five yea votes. Commissioners convened into an
executive session at 3:14 pm.
