Public Comment Information for the Aspen Mountain/Pandora Expansion:
• All public comments are limited to 3 minutes (a timer will be monitored in the boardroom).
• Masks are required to enter all Pitkin County buildings beginning 8/23/21.
• Virtual public comments are highly encouraged due to increasing COVID numbers(Zoom and call in information
is located under the "Public Comments" section at the top of this agenda).
• Those who wish to make in-person comments will need to sign in and wait until public comments begin. At that
time, small groups will be escorted into the boardroom to make their comments.
• Limited, socially distanced seating will be available in the Roaring Fork room next door to the boardroom.
• Viewing in the Roaring Fork room is available via live stream.
• Once in person commenters have completed their 3 minutes,they will be asked to exit the boardroom to make
room for others who are waiting to comment(This is to limit crowds for COVID reasons. Live streaming is
available on any device via the Pitkin County website)

CALL TO ORDER: Chair Kelly McNicholas Kury called the regular meeting of the Board of
County Commissioners to order at 12:00 p.m.
COMMISSION MEMBERS PRESENT: Commissioners, Kelly McNicholas Kury, Steve
Child, Patti Clapper, Greg Poschman and Francie Jacober.
COMMISSION MEMBERS ABSENT: None

seconded the motion. Motion passed with five yea votes.

13, 2021. Commissioner Child seconded the motion. Motion passed with four yea votes.

Action: Commissioner Jacober moved to adjourn the regular meeting of the Board of County
Commissioners at 7:18 p.m. Commissioner Poschman seconded the motion. Motion passed
