NOTICE OF TERMINATION OF LEASE

FROM: PITKIN COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS (Landlord)
This Notice of Termination of Lease is to notify you that the Lease at the above
address expires on February 28, 2021. Pitkin County Board of Commissioners elects to
take possession of the property upon expiration of the Lease and your Lease will not be
renewed.
You are to be vacated from 123 Emma Rd., Suite #102 by your lease expiration date.
As per Section 7 of your lease, $4000.00 was deposited with Landlord as security of
performance of all terms, covenants, and conditions of the Lease. Landlord, in
accordance with the provisions of C.R.S. 38-12-101, et seq., 1973 may elect to retain
this deposit upon inspection of the premises at the termination of this lease on February
28, 2021 or return the deposit or a portion thereof based on the results of the inspection
of the property.
Expiration of your Lease does not relieve you of any liability and obligations under the
full term of your Lease and all rents and CAM payments must be current by the
expiration of the Lease. In the event all payments are not current, Tenant will remain
liable to the Landlord and Landlord will have all rights and remedies available at law or
in equity to collect past due amounts under the Lease.
