OSTB AND BOCC JOINT EXECUTIVE SESSION
OSTB Present: Michael Kinsley(Chair), Amy Barrow, Howie Mallory, Graeme Means, Wayne
Ives
BOCC Present: Kelly McNicholas Kury(Chair), Steve Child, Greg Poschman, Patty Clapper,
Francie Jacober
Staff Present: Gary Tennenbaum, Dale Will, Paul Holsinger, Richard Neiley, Liza Mitchell,
Jessie Young, Carly Klein, Kim Arensdorf, Jon Peacock
Wayne Ives motioned for the OSTB entered in executive session with the BOCC in accordance
with CRS 24-6-402(4) (a)(b) and(e) for the purpose of discussing acquisitions, attorney
consultation and negotiations at 9:50 a.m. Howie Mallory Seconded. Motion passed(5-0). .
The OSTB and BOCC discussed the following:
Open Space Preservation Master Planning—Aspen Area Ranch;
Conservation Easement acquisition/negotiation Capitol Creek parcel;
Partnership with AVLT regarding conservation of irrigated agricultural and scenic ranch
property in the vicinity of Carbondale, CO;
Conservation Easement acquisition/negotiation- Highland Mining District
ADJOURN
The OSTB adjourned executive session and joint BOCC executive session meeting of June 1,
2021 at approximately time 11:25 a.m.
