COUNTY, COLORADO, APPOINTING CITIZEN BOARD MEMBERS
RESOLUTION NO. 003-2022
RECITALS
WHEREAS, Pursuant to Section 2.8.4 (Actions) of the Pitkin County Home Rule Charter("HRC"), all
matters not required to be acted upon by ordinance or formal resolution may be acted upon by informal
resolution, and;
WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners completed interviews for the Healthy Rivers and
Streams Board and;
WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners discussed and agreed on this appointment at the
January 4, 2022 Work Session, and;
WHEREAS, Kristin Neff will assume the balance of the term due to Lisa Tasker's resignation, and;
WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners wishes to make the following appointment to the
following boards;

WHEREAS, The BOCC finds that it is in the best interests of the citizens of Pitkin County to approve
this Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Pitkin County,
Colorado that it hereby adopts a Resolution of the Board of County Commissioners ("BOCC") of
Pitkin County, Colorado, Appointing Citizen Board Members and authorizes the Chair to sign the
Resolution and execute any other associated documents necessary to complete this matter.
INTRODUCED, READ AND ADOPTED ON THE 12TH DAY OF JANUARY 2022.
