CALL TO ORDER: Chair Kelly McNicholas Kury called the regular meeting of the Board of
County Commissioners to order at 12:02 p.m.
COMMISSION MEMBERS PRESENT: Commissioners Kelly McNicholas Kury, Patti
Clapper, Greg Poschman, Francie Jacober, Steve Child
COMMISSION MEMBERS ABSENT: None.

Additions/Deletions to Agenda:
• Two deletions to the agenda:
o Resolution to Appoint Citizen Board Members - Charlotte Anderson. Moved per
board discussion to January 12, 2022
o Ordinance of the Board of County Commissioners Approving the Aspen/Pitkin
County Airport Housing Policy to Aiport Employee Housing Lease Agreement-
Jodi Smith due to change in tenents.
Motion: Commissioner Jacober moved to amend the agenda to remove items 5 and 12.
Commissioner Clapper seconded the motion. Motion passed with five yea votes

Approval of 2022 Ambulance Licenses-Julia Ely, Richard Cornelius
Motion: Commissioner Clapper moved approval of the 2022 Ambulance Licenses for the
Aspen Ambulance District and Roaring Fork Fire Rescus. Commissioner Poschman seconded
the motion. Motion passed with five yea votes.
Resolution Approving an Increase in the Number of Precincts within Pitkin County-
Janice Vos Caudill
Motion: Commissioner Clapper moved approval of this Resolution as written. Commissioner
Poschman seconded the motion. Motion passed with five yea votes.
Ratification of Hearing Officer's Determination on an Abatement Petition - Larry Fite,
Julia Ely
Motion: Commissioner Clapper moved approval of the Minutes, the 2022 Ambulance Licenses,
and the Hearing Officer's Determination on an Abatement Petition as written. Commissioner
Poschman seconded the motion.
Motion: Commissioner Clapper moved to amend the previous motion to exclude the approval
of the 2022 Ambulance Licenses. Commissioner Poschman seconded the motion. Motion passed
with five yea votes.
Motion: Commissioner Clapper moved approval of the Minutes and the Hearing Officer's
Determination on an Abatement Petition as written. Commissioner Poschman seconded the
motion. Motion passed with five yea votes.

Ordinance of the Board of County Commissioners Approving a Second Amendment to
Ordinance No. 021-2017 and Approving an Amended Lease Agreement between Jedediah

Motion: Commissioner Clapper moved approval of this Ordinance and set for second reading
and public hearing on January 12, 2022. Commissioner Poschman seconded the motion. Motion
passed with five yea votes.
Resolution for the Board of County Commissioners Approving A Grant Agreement with
the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment for Additional Funding to
Support Local Public Health Core Services - Suzuho Shimasaki
Motion: Commissioner Poschman moved approval of this Resolution and set for second reading
and public hearing on January 12, 2022. Commissioner Clapper seconded the motion. Motion
passed with five yea votes.
