CALL TO ORDER: Chair Kelly McNicholas Kury called the special meeting of the Board of
County Commissioners to order.
COMMISSIONER MEMBERS PRESENT: Commissioners Kelly McNicholas Kury, Chair,
Patti Clapper, Steve Child, Francie Jacober, and Greg Poschman
Individual Consideration Items/Public Hearin,, 2nd Readinjis:
Resolution No. 082-2021 of the Board of County Commissioners Delegating the
Administrative Duty to Certify Mill Levies to the Pitkin County Treasurer
Motion: Commissioner Clapper moved to approve the Resolution with amendments as
discussed. Commissioner Poschman seconded the motion. Motion passed with five yea votes.
ADJOURNMENT: Commissioner Clapper moved to adjourn the special meeting.
Commissioner Jacober seconded the motion. Motion passed with five yea votes.
