• Ordinance of the Board of County Commissioners of Pitkin County, Colorado,
Rezoning a Portion of the Stanley A. Dearhamer Property from AR-2 (Residential 2-
Acre) to AR-10 (Residential 10-Acre), and Amending the Zoning Map to Reflect this
Change
• Resolution Granting Special Review Approval for a Limited Development
Conservation Parcel and Activity Envelope and Site Plan Review for the Stanley A.
Dearhamer Property at 24963 Fryingpan Road
10:00 AM Meet at the Basalt Town Hall outside the front door(100 Midland Ave.,Basalt CO)
10:15 AM Drive up Fryingpan Road to Lime Creek Road(a.k.a. Eagle Thomasville Road)
meeting at the gate to Mr. Dearhamer's property-approximately 1.3 miles from the intersection
of the Fryingpan Road and Lime Creek Road(see attached map)

11:00 AM Tour the property and existing development
12:00 PM View Fishing Access Easement on Lime Creek
12:30 PM View the property from the Fryingpan Road from two locations along the road
1:15 PM Adjourn
ALL TIMES ARE APPROXIMATE
The County Commissioners will travel to the locations of the site visit with themselves and
staff only. All other attendees and members of the public must arrange their own transportation.
All aspects of the site visits are open and available to the public; however, no public comment will be received during the
site visit.

Call to order at: 10:13 a.m.
Site Visit regarding the Board of County Commissioners consideration of the following matters:
• Ordinance of the Board of County Commissioners of Pitkin County, Colorado, Rezoning
a Portion of the Stanley A. Dearhamer Property from AR-2 (Residential 2-Acre)to AR-
10 (Residential 10-Acre), and Amending the Zoning Map to Reflect this Change
• Resolution Granting Special Review Approval for a Limited Development Conservation
Parcel and Activity Envelope and Site Plan Review for the Stanley A. Dearhamer
Property at 24963 Fryingpan Road
COMMISSION MEMBERS PRESENT: Commissioners Patti Clapper, Greg Poschman, Steve
Child, and Francie Jacober.
COMMISSION MEMBERS ABSENT: Commissioner Kelly McNicholas Kury
STAFF PRESENT: Suzanne Wolf, Assistant Director of Pitkin County Community
Development, Leslie Lamont, Senior Planner of Pitkin County Community Development
The audio recording of this site visit conducted by the Board of County Commissioners with
Community Development Staff is in the possession of the Clerk to the Board and will be retained
according to the adopted retention schedule.
The BOCC, staff, and members of the public met at the Basalt Town Hall The County
Commissioners traveled to the locations of the site visit as specified on the meeting agenda with
themselves and staff only. No motions were made nor actions taken by the BOCC during the
meeting.
