The Provision of Noxious Weed and Vegetation Management (the "Contract") dated March 21,
2017 between the Board of County Commissioners of Pitkin County, Colorado (the "County")
and Eco-Rx, Inc. (the "Contractor"), is hereby amended as follows:
Description of Change: Extend 2018 services through November 15, 2018. Previous expiration
date was set for October 15, 2018.
Reason for Change: Additional re-seeding services expected beyond the original 2018 expiration.
