2017 between the Board of County Commissioners of Pitkin County, Colorado (the "County")
and Eco-RX, Inc. (the "Contractor"), is hereby amended as follows:
Description of Change:
Extension of services through November 15, 2019.
Reason for Change:
Service extension to include all locations included with original scope as well as Amendment B.
