Main St., Suite#302 David Johnson, Project Director Aspen, CO 81611 711 Walnut St. Boulder, CO 80302 The Provision of Master Service Agreement for Provision of On-Call Ecological Services (the "Contract") dated May 26, 2017 between the Board of County Commissioners of Pitkin County, Colorado (the"County") and Western Ecological Resource, Inc. (the "Contractor"), is hereby amended as follows: Description of Change: Contractor will provide a graphic, illustrative plan of the whole of Filoha Meadows Nature Preserve to be used for communication with the Public. The project goals and key elements include the following: • A detailed graphic illustrating the ecological importance and uniqueness of Filoha Meadows as well as the work being done to protect and restore this area. • The graphic will be completed using hand rendering and digital techniques. • The graphic will illustrate areas which are outstanding in regards to: 1)Value to wildlife; 2)Ecologic and vegetative communities, especially those with rare and unique species; 3) Areas which have been identified for protection and restoration and are being stewarded by Open Space. Contractor will utilize DHM to accomplish the graphic illustration of the plan. DHM has the necessary base files to begin work but may require that other team members share geographic information (in AutoCAD or shapefile format) with them. From there DHM will create a draft illustrative graphic using hand rendering and digital techniques for review by the team. Once DHM has revised the graphic based on input and feedback from the team, DHM will finalize the graphic for submission to Open Space.
