OSTB AND CITY OF ASPEN OPEN SPACE BOARD JOINT EXECUTIVE SESSION
OSTB Present: Michael Kinsley (Chair), Howie Mallory, Graeme Means, Wayne Ives, Amy Barrow City of Aspen OSB: Staff Present: Gary Tennenbaum, Dale Will, Paul Holsinger, Kim Arensdorf, Liza Mitchell,
Carly Klein, Richard Neiley, John Ely, Jon Peacock Wayne Ives motioned for the OSTB to enter into executive session with the Board of County
Commissioners at 10:45 a.m., for the purpose of providing instruction to negotiators and discussing property interest acquisition, as follows: • Conservation Easement acquisition/negotiation Snowmass Creek parcel. All items pursuant to: Property Interest Acquisitions CRS 246402(4)(a); Negotiations CRS
246402 (4)(e); and Legal Advice CRS 246402 (4)(b).
Graeme Means seconded. Motion passed (5-0). ADJOURN The OSTB adjourned the special meeting for executive of March 15, 2021 at approximately time 12:00 p.m. Approved:
