PITKIN COUNTY, COLORADO, APPOINTING CITIZEN BOARD MEMBERS
RESOLUTION NO. 073-2022
RECITALS
WHEREAS, Pursuant to Section 2.8.4 (Actions) of the Pitkin County Home Rule Charter
(“HRC”), all matters not required to be acted upon by ordinance or formal resolution may
be acted upon by informal resolution, and;
WHEREAS, The BOCC completed interviews for the Pitkin County Board of Health, and;
WHEREAS, The BOCC and the City of Aspen agreed to reappoint John Ward to the Aspen
Pitkin County Housing Authority (APCHA) at their joint meeting on July 19, 2022.
WHEREAS, The BOCC discussed appointments at the September 27th Work Session and
agreed to the following appointments:

Liz Stark - Board of Health At-Large Regular April 1, 2026
Bari Ramberg - Board of Health At-Large Alternate April 1, 2026
John Ward - APCHA Board (renewal)August 1, 2026
WHEREAS,The BOCC finds that it is in the best interests of the citizens of Pitkin County
to approve this Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Pitkin
County, Colorado that it hereby adopts a Resolution to appoint Citizen Board members and
Ratification of the APCHA Board appointment and authorizes the Chair to sign the
Resolution and execute any other associated documents necessary to complete this matter.
