Contractor shall provide outpatient surgical services per the terms and rates as provided in the Agreement
document. Billable services must be approved by Project Lead/County prior to payment, however, County cannot
estimate annualized cost as services shall depend solely on medical demand. County shall allocate a not to
exceed budget of $125,000 for the initial term, to be visited on a semi-annual or quarterly basis to evaluate the
necessity for additional or reduced funding.
