2) REQUIRED PROVISIONS. All Option Letters shall contain the appropriate provisions set forth below:
a. For use with Option 1(a): In accordance with Section 2(A) of the original Intergovernmental Grant Agreement
between the State of Colorado, acting by and through the Colorado Department of Local Affairs, and Pitkin
County, the State hereby exercises its option for an additional term beginning January 01, 2023 and ending on
January 31, 2024. Tables in Sections 4.3 and 4.5.2 of Exhibit B are deleted and replaced with the following:
