A work-session agenda is structured to give the Board of Commissioners an opportunity to touch base with each other,
staff, and invited community members and organizations to discuss an work through issues the County is facing, but not
ready to take official action on at a regular board meeting. Work sessions are open to the public (with exception of
executive session). However, public input is typically not taken during a work session unless specifically asked for by the
Board.

EXECUTIVE SESSION
OSTB Present: Wayne Ives (Chair) Graeme Means, Amy Barrow, Howie Mallory, Michael
Kinsley
BOCC Present: Francie Jacober (Chair), Patti Clapper, Greg Poschman
Staff Present: Gary Tennenbaum, Dale Will, Richard Neiley, Paul Holsinger, Kim Arensdorf
Francie Jacober motioned for the Board of County Commisioners to enter into Executive
Session with the Open Space and Trails Board at 10:05 a.m. for the purpose of providing
instruction to negotiators and discussing property interest acquisition, as follows:
• Acquisition and instruction to negotiators for property located in East Sopris Creek area;
• Acquisition and instruction to negotiators for property located in the Crystal River Valley;
• Acquisition, instruction to negotiators, and legal counsel for property interest located in the
