CALL TO ORDER: Vice Chair Greg Poschman called the regular meeting of the Board of
County Commissioners to order at 12:00 p.m.

Commissioner Clapper second the motion. After further discussion, Commissioner Child
amended his motion to approve this Resolution with amendments as discussed (see video
for discussion). Commissioner Clapper seconded the motion. Motion passed with four
yea votes.

Action: Commissioner Clapper moved to adjourn the regular meeting of the Board of
