The Applicant requests a 13' Front Yard Setback Variance where 30' is required to develop the
site with a new attached garage due to topographic hardships. This lot contains 2.60 acres and is
located in the AR-10 zone district.

The Applicant requests a Height Variance of 3'-2" to increase the height of an existing
nonconforming structure in the 100' Highway 82 Setback. This lot contains 0.57 acres and is
