The Provision of Program Management Services for the Aspen Pitkin County Airport Capital
Improvements Project (the “Contract”) dated August 23, 2018 between the Board of County
Commissioners of Pitkin County, Colorado (the “County”) and Kimley-Horn and Associates,
Inc. (the “Contractor”), is hereby amended as follows:
1. Description of Change: This change order extends the end date for this Task Order. Contract
time is extended until December 31, 2023. All other terms and conditions of the Task Order
remain the same. There is no change in scope of work or in the contract amount with this
change order.
Reason for Change: Additional contract time is required to complete the project close out
documents.
