staff, and invited community members and organizations to discuss an work through issues the County is facing, but not
ready to take official action on at a regular board meeting. Work sessions are open to the public (with exception of
executive session). However, public input is typically not taken during a work session unless specifically asked for by the
Board.

CALL TO ORDER: Chair Francie Jacober called the regular meeting of the Board of
County Commissioners to order at 12:03 p.m.
COMMISSION MEMBERS PRESENT: Commissioners Francie Jacober, Kelly McNicholas
Kury, Patti Clapper, Greg Poschman, and Steve Child.
COMMISSION MEMBERS ABSENT: None.

Motion: Commissioner Clapper moved approval of the Emergency Ordinance and set for
a confirmatory reading and public hearing on December 6, 2023. Commissioner
McNicholas Kury seconded the motion. Motion passed with five yea votes.

lands within the Brush Creek Master Plan Area to the Brush Creek Master Plan Area
