The Buttermilk Metro District has capacity to provide domestic water service to the property
legally described as Buttermilk Meadows PUD Lot 1, associated with the land use application
submitted by Davis and Horn on behalf of Linda Bedell. Provision of water service will be
contingent on receipt by the District of applicable tap fees from the property owner.
