RATIFYING THE APPOINTMENT OF MICHAEL LATOUSEK TO THE BASALT REGIONAL
LIBRARY BOARD OF TRUSTEES

RECITALS
1. Appointments to the Basalt Library Board must be ratified by the Pitkin County Board of
County Commissioners.
2. On May 5, 2016 an interview was conducted and the Board agreed to appoint Michael Latousek
to fill an Eagle County vacancy on the Basalt Library Board.
4. This appointment is effective as of May 11, 2015
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Pitkin
County, Colorado, to ratify the appointment of the following individuals to the Basalt Regional Library
Board of Trustees.
Basalt Regional Library Term Expires
Michael Latousek, Eagle County March 1, 2019
