PIPKIN COUNTY, COLORADO, APPOINTING CITIZEN BOARD MEMBERS
RESOLUTION NO. e5K -2017
RECITALS:
I. Pursuant to Section 2.8 4 (Actions, of the Pitkin County Dome Rule Charter
("HRC '). all mattets not required to be acted upon by ordinance or lbrrnal resolution
may be acted upon by informal resolution.
2 Volunteer Citizen Boards are established per the Home Rule Charter and State
Statute.
3. The Board of County Commissioners wishes to make the following appointment to
the following board
4 This appointment is effective as of this date July 26, 2017
5. The 130CC finds that it is in the best inlerests of the citizens of Pitkin County to
approve this Resolution
NOW, THEREFORE. HE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Pitkin
County, Colorado that it approves a resolution appointing citizen board members and
authorizes the Chair to sign on behalf of the county.
