PITKIN COUNTY, COLORADO,APPOINTING CITIZEN BOARD MEMBERS
RESOLUTION NO. 61,1 -2017
RECITALS:
1. Pursuant to Section 2.8.4 (Actions) of the Pitkin County Home Rule Charter("HRC"), all
matters not required to be acted upon by ordinance or formal resolution may he acted
upon by informal resolution
2. Volunteer Citizen Boards are established per the Home Rule Charter and State Statute.
3. The Board of County Commissioners wishes to make the following appointment to the
following board.
4. This appointment is effective as of this date October 25, 2017
5. The BOCC finds that it is in the best interests of the citizens of Pitkin County to approve
this Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Pitkm
County, Colorado that it approves a resolution appointing citizen board members and authorizes
the Chair to sign on behalf of the county.
