PITKIN COUNTY, COLORADO, APPOINTING CITIZEN BOARD MEMBERS
RESOLUTION NO o f`6 - 2018
RECITALS:
1. Pursuant to Seetion 2.8.4 (Actions)of the Pitkin County I tome Rule Charter
("HRC"), all matters not required to be acted upon by ordinance or formal
resolution may be acted upon by informal resolution.
2. Volunteer Citizen Boards are established per the Home Rule Charter and State
Statute.
3. The Board of County Commissioners wishes to make the following appointments to
the following boards.
4. These appointments are effective as of this date March 28, 2018
5. The BOCC finds that it is in the best interests of the citizens of Pitkin County to
approve this Resolution.
Applicants& Board Term Expires
Jeffrey Woodruff, P&Z(regular) April I, 2020
Charley Podolack, Board of Adjustment(alternate) April 1,2021
Cristo(Eigelberger,Board of Adjustment(regular) April 1, 2022
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Pitkin County, Colorado that it approves appointing Citizen Board Members and authorizes
the Chair to sign on behalf of the county.
