PITKIN COUNTY, COLORADO,APPOINTING CITIZEN BOARD MEMBERS
RESOLUTION NO. 051- -2018
RECITALS:
I Pursuant to Section 2.8.4 (Actions) of the Pitkin County Home Rule Charter
("HRC'). all matters not required to he acted upon by ordinance or formal resolution
may he acted upon by informal resolution
2. Volunteer Citizen Boards are established per the Home Rule Charter and State
Statute
3 The Board of County Commissioners wish to make appointments to the following
boards.
• Barbara Reid—Citizen Grant Review Committee—Term Expires: April I, 2021
• Molly Brooks —Citizen Giant Review Committee —Term expires: April 1, 2022
• Carson Schmitz —Housing Authority/APCHA —Teim expires April 1. 2019
4. These appointments are effective as of this date July 25. 2018.
5 'I he BOCC finds that it is in the hest interests of the citvens of Pitkin County to
approve (his Resolution
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Pitkin County, Colorado that it approves the appointments to the Citizen Grant Review
Committee and the Housing Authority (APCHA) and authorizes the Chair to sign on behalf
of the county.
