RECITALS:
f. Pursuant to Section 2 8,4 t Actions) of the Pitkin County home Rule Charter

2. Volunteer Citizen Boards are established per the Home Rule Charter and State
Statute.
3. The Board of County Commissioners wishes to make the following appointment to
the following board
4. This appointment is effective as of this date November 7, 2018
5. l he BOCC finds that it is in the best interests of the cit yens of Pitkin County to
.iporoac this Resolution.
NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Pitkin County, Colorado that it approves a resolution appointing citizen board members and
authorizes the Chair to sign on behalf of the county.
