COMMISSIONERS ("BOCC") OF PITKIN COUNTY,
COLORADO, AUTHORIZING THE APPOINTMENT OF
CITIZEN BOARD MEMBERS
RESOLUTION NO. eig -2019
RECITALS
WHEREAS, Pursuant to Section 2.8.4 (Actions) of the Pitkin County Home Rule Charter
("HRC"), all matters not required to be acted upon by ordinance or formal resolution may
be acted upon by informal resolution, and

WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners wishes to make the following
appointments to the following boards;
APPLICANTS & BOARD TERM EXPIRES
Jasmine Tygre, (Regular), Planning&Zoning April 1, 2022
Brenda O'Connor (Regular), Citizen Grant Review April 1, 2022
Jeannie Seybold (Regular) Board of Health April 1, 2021
Linda Vieira(Alternate), Board of Health April 1, 2022
WHEREAS, Volunteer Citizen Boards are established per the Home Rule Charter and State
Statute;
WHEREAS, The BOCC finds that it is in the best interests of the citizens of Pitkin County
to approve this Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Pitkin County, Colorado that it hereby adopts a Resolution Authorizing the Appointment of
Citizen Board Members and authorizes the Chair to sign the Resolution and execute any
other associated documents necessary to complete this matter.
INTRODUCED, READ AND ADOPTED ON THE 25th DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 2019.
