PITKIN COUNTY, COLORADO, APPOINTING CITIZEN BOARD MEMBERS
RESOLUTION NO. 6'16 -2020
RECITALS
WHEREAS, Pursuant to Section 2.8.4 (Actions) of the Pitkin County Home Rule Charter
CHRC"), all matters not required to be acted upon by ordinance or formal resolution may
be acted upon by informal resolution, and
WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners wishes to mance the following
appointments to the following boards;

Michael Kinsley, Open Space & Trails (renewal)
April 1, 2025
Chelsea Clark, Planning & Zoning (renewal)
April 1, 2023
Jeffrey Woodruff, Planning & Zoning (renewal)

Karin Teague, Weed Advisory Board
April 1, 2024
WHEREAS, Volunteer Citizen Boards are established per the Horne Rule Charter and State
Statute;
WHEREAS, The BOCC finds that it is in the nest interests of the citizens of Pitkin County
to approve this Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Pitkin County, Colorado that it hereby adopts a Resolution Appointing Citizen Board
Members and authorizes the Chair to sign. the Resolution and execute any other associated
documents necessary to complete this matter_
