PITKIN COUNTY, COLORADO, APPOINTING CITIZEN BOARD MEMBERS
RESOLUTION NO. 017-2021
RECITALS
WHEREAS, Pursuant to Section 2.8.4 (Actions) of the Pitkin County Home Rule Charter
("HRC"), all matters not required to be acted upon by ordinance or formal resolution may
be acted upon by informal resolution, and;
WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners have interviewed the following citizens
for consideration of appointment to the Healthy Rivers and Streams Board and Senior
Services Council, and;
WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners wishes to make the following
appointments to the following boards;
APPLICANTS & BOARD
Lisa Tasker, Healthy Rivers & Streams (renewal)
Andre Wille, Healthy Rivers & Streams (renewal)
Christopher Wheatley, Healthy Rivers & Streams (renewal)
Lynette Connor, Senior Services Council
TERM EXPIRES

WHEREAS, The BOCC finds that it is in the best interests of the citizens of Pitkin County
to approve this Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Pitkin County, Colorado that it hereby adopts a Resolution of the Board of County
Commissioners ("BOCC") of Pitkin County, Colorado, Appointing Citizen Board Members
and authorizes the Chair to sign the Resolution and execute any other associated documents
necessary to complete this matter.
INTRODUCED, READ AND ADOPTED ON THE 10TH DAY OF MARCH 2021.
