COUNTY, COLORADO,APPOINTING CITIZEN BOARD MEMBERS AND AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 012-2020 TO APPOINT CITIZEN BOARD MEMBERS
RESOLUTION NO. 052-2021
RECITALS
WHEREAS, Pursuant to Section 2.8.4 (Actions) of the Pitkin County Home Rule Charter("HRC"), all
matters not required to be acted upon by ordinance or formal resolution may be acted upon by informal
resolution, and;
WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners completed interviews for the Telecommunications
Advisory Board(TAB) and;
WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners discussed and agreed on this appointments at the
August 8, 2021 Work Session, and;
WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners approved the amendment of Resolution No. 012-
2020 in order to correctly stagger terms for the Healthy Rivers & Streams Board, and;
WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners wishes to make the following appointments to the
following boards;

Chuck Ogilby-Healthy Rivers & Streams September 1, 2023
Wendy Huber-Healthy Rivers & Streams September 1, 2023
Bob Plessett- Telecommunication Advisory Board(Reg.) April 1, 2025
Buck Field- Telecommunications Advisory Board(Reg. to Alt.) April 1, 2025
WHEREAS, The BOCC finds that it is in the best interests of the citizens of Pitkin County to approve
this Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Pitkin County,
Colorado that it hereby adopts a Resolution of the Board of County Commissioners ("BOCC") of
Pitkin County, Colorado, Appointing Citizen Board Members and authorizes the Chair to sign the
Resolution and execute any other associated documents necessary to complete this matter.
INTRODUCED, READ AND ADOPTED ON THE 11TH DAY OF AUGUST 2021.
