COUNTY,COLORADO,APPOINTING CITIZEN BOARD MEMBERS
RESOLUTION NO. 069-2021
RECITALS
WHEREAS,Pursuant to Section 2.8.4(Actions)of the Pitkin County Home Rule Charter("HRC"),
all matters not required to be acted upon by ordinance or formal resolution may be acted upon by
informal resolution, and;
WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners completed interviews for the Aspen Pitkin
County Housing Authority(APCHA)Board, and;
WHEREAS,The Board of County Commissioners discussed and agreed on these appointments at
the October 26,2021 Work Session, and;
WHEREAS,Ashley Connolly is assuming the term of resigning member Judy Wrigley and
therefore her term will expire in 2 years instead of 4, and;
WHEREAS,The Board of County Commissioners wishes to make the following appointment to the
following board;

Ashley Connolly-Pitkin County Library Board (regular) April 1, 2023
Erin Cummings-Pitkin County Library Board(alternate) April 1, 2025
Elizabeth Stewart-Severy-Pitkin County Library Board (alternate) April 1,2025
WHEREAS,The BOCC finds that it is in the best interests of the citizens of Pitkin County to
approve this Resolution.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Pitkin County,
Colorado that it hereby adopts a Resolution of the Board of County Commissioners("BOCC")of
Pitkin County, Colorado,Appointing Citizen Board Members and authorizes the Chair to sign the
Resolution and execute any other associated documents necessary to complete this matter.
INTRODUCED,READ AND ADOPTED ON THE 3RD DAY OF NOVEMBER 2021.
