PITKIN COUNTY, COLORADO,APPOINTING CITIZEN BOARD MEMBERS
RESOLUTION NO. 024-2022
RECITALS
WHEREAS, Pursuant to Section 2.8.4 (Actions) of the Pitkin County Home Rule Charter
("HRC"), all matters not required to be acted upon by ordinance or formal resolution may
be acted upon by informal resolution, and;
WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners re-interviewed Graeme Means on
March 15, 2022 to continue his District 1 position on the Open Space & Trails Board, and;
WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners discussed and agreed on this
reappointment at the March 15, 2022 Work Session, and;
WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners wishes to make the following
appointment to the following board;
APPLICANTS & BOARD TERM EXPIRES
Graeme Means - Open Space & Trails Board (Dist. 1) April 1, 2027
WHEREAS, The BOCC finds that it is in the best interests of the citizens of Pitkin County
to approve this Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Pitkin County, Colorado that it hereby adopts a Resolution of the Board of County
Commissioners ("BOCC") of Pitkin County, Colorado, Appointing Citizen Board Members
and authorizes the Chair to sign the Resolution and execute any other associated documents
necessary to complete this matter.
INTRODUCED, READ AND ADOPTED ON THE 23RD DAY OF MARCH, 2022.
